Came out to do an initial service on our system at a home we purchased earlier this year. Tech gave my systems a clean bill of health said they were about 4 years old and the A/C system was a little dirty but would be cleaned during the spring servicing. Peace of mind is a good thing! Also showed up 10 mins early!
